WHAT IS BOOTCAMP?
Conducted completely outdoors, rain, hail or shine boot camp has been designed to challenge you regardless of your current fitness levels.
Expect to challenge yourself in the areas of strength, endurance, power, speed, balance and mental strength.
A five-week military style course of intense training held 1 or 2 days per week. boot camp provides personal challenges, partner missions, obstacle courses and time trials. Expect some surprises that are sure to get you amazing results. |
