Get Involved in the new 30-minute outdoor Beach HIIT Classes on Freshwater Beach (south end) this new year. Gfitness is continuing with the most exciting fitness program on the Northern Beaches. Beach HIIT, our hugely successful High Intensity Interval Training program, is heading to Freshwater beach for Summer every Wednesday at 6am and Saturday at 8am starting on 10th October. 5 week courses available.

What is HIIT?

HIIT alternates between intense bursts of activity followed by fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest. Super-efficient HIIT is the ideal workout for a busy schedule. In just 30 minutes we will get you in shape for a fast-approaching event. Not only do you burn more calories during a HIIT workout, but the effect of all that intense exertion kicks your body’s repair cycle into hyperdrive.

Burn more fat and calories in the 24 hours after a HIIT workout than any other workout. HIIT workouts allow you to preserve your hard earned muscles while ensuring most of your weight lost comes from fat stores. Win/win!
