ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Leticia has helped hundreds of PT clients achieve the body they want in time for summer.
Leticia has designed a 3 Day x 30 min HIIT style workout which burns extreme calories, tones and shapes your body.
The program is perfect if you have limited time and is designed to be completed in as little as 30 mins.
To complete the workout – perform each pair of exercises (alternating) for 3 mins non-stop (number of reps indicated). Rest for 30 seconds. Then move on to the next pair of exercises.
WHAT YOU NEED:
A pair of Dumbbells (light to medium weight)
1 Kettlebell (light to medium)
1 Slam Ball Light to Medium)
Access to a Step (High) for step ups.
Box for box jumps
1 pair of dumbbells
Pin loaded machines
No Equipment needed – can be done ay home or in the hotel.
*We recommend all participants new to exercise seek clearance from their GP prior to commencing an exercise program. We strongly recommend seeking the advice and assistance from a PT.
