ABOUT THE PROGRAM:
Carla has helped hundreds of PT clients achieve the body they want in time for summer.
Carla has designed a 5 Day x 30 min HIIT style workout which burns extreme calories, tones and shapes your body with an emphasis on CORE training.
The program is perfect if you are looking to try something new and can be completed in as little as 30 mins.
To complete the workout – perform each exercise as a superset e.g A1 & A2 one after the other – then have up to 2 mins rest before repeating for the desired number of sets. Then move on to the next pair of exercises.
