With motivational music and a friendly peloton of members, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Work to your personal maximum levels to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, try to keep pace with the pack and follow the instructors direction to maximise your calories burnt!
Classes range from 30-60mins, bring a bottle of water and a towel. If it’s your first spin class don’t worry, our instructors will help you to set up your bike and keep an eye on you. The first 10 minutes can be tough while you adjust to the cardio output, with regular periods of work and recovery, you control your resistance so you can push harder or back it off when needed. You tend to really poush yourself and get more out of cycle classes than by doing your own cardio – Warning – classes are highly addictive!
