I believe it is always important to set goals and strive for better things. It is important to understand that a lot of the time it comes down to you. How much hard work and dedication do you want to put in to get something? How bad do you want it? What do you have to sacrifice to get it? These questions can be applied to almost everything in life. You are the one who can make that change and get what you want in life, not anyone else. I am currently completing a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy with the goal to help and improve other people’s lives.
Whether it is fitness, education or any other opportunities in life, just remember it comes down to you.
