My name is Jia, currently studying my bachelor of exercise science degree. Fitness has been my life for the past 7 years and I love every second of it. I set goals, demolish them, then raise bar higher and higher every time. I focus on building the psychological intrinsic motivation in clients, rather than just plain physical training. By preaching the development of mental toughness and mindfulness through fitness training, you will realize that you are limitless on what you able to achieve.
I specialize in hypertrophy training, strength and conditioning, weight loss, metabolic conditioning, endurance training and high intensity cardiovascular conditioning.
The first step is to set the goal. I do it on a constant basis. Think about it, dream about it, fantasize about it. Setting it in place in our heads everyday, but the real part is to act upon it. Don’t ever think that you can’t achieve that dream that crosses your mind 300 times a day. It won’t be easy, nice or fun but if it’s your dream, it WILL be worth it.
