I came to Australia in 2015 to finish my degree at the university. This amazing country and healthy lifestyle fascinated me, so I decided to pursue what I love. Sports and fitness are always a fun part of my life and I want to impart this healthy lifestyle to others. I have tried different training programs, including muscle gain, weight loss and strength training. I want to help others to achieve fitness goals through my own training experience.
