My love and passion for health & fitness grew as I studied my bachelor degree of architecture. It made me realize the physical and mental struggles of an unhealthy lifestyle that many people go through today.
With a background of Strength and Conditioning combined with Sports Specific Training such as basketball has allowed me to understand and utilize functional weight training as a tool to maximize fat loss while increasing muscle & strength.
I encourage every individual in this world to use exercise and positive habits as a tool to focus on their inner and outer health to positively change every aspect of their lives.
My training philosophy is to create enjoyable, structured, progressive resistance training, nutrition and lifestyle habits to build a more positive and confident mindset that will deliver results.
