I’ve always been an active participant across a variety of sports including Soccer, Baseball, Netball, Gymnastics and 20+ hours of Dance every week… whilst also competing at state level in swimming 6 years in a row. After being diagnosed with a neurological disorder I’ve since had to learn to manage it with exercise being the best medicine. As a result, I became a Certified Personal Trainer so I can encourage people to live a balanced healthy full life.
By setting goals, planning ahead and switching on 110% during your sessions anything is achievable. Exercise is just as much mental as physical and builds a great foundation to strive for that success everyday. I will be with you every step of the way– I will be your motivation, your biggest fan, and sometimes your worst enemy 🙂
