I have been physically active for most of my life. I am a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do with over 15 years training and instructed for 10 years. I’m currently studying Exercise Physiology as I want to help people experience a better quality of life through exercise and nutrition. I’m passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals to becoming a healthier and better person.
