Inside each of us lies a potential to be a better version of ourselves. Often, we know we know we want to change but are lacking the confidence in our ability to take those first steps.
My fitness journey began when I realized I wanted more out of life. Too many bad habits were keeping me down. I made a change and started training regularly, educated myself about food, and transformed my body and mind. During those early stages in training I found a passion for strength and athletic training which led me to competing in powerlifting. My journey continues as I take on new challenges in fitness competitions and expand my knowledge through my Health and Rehabilitation Science degree.
