I have travelled the world to develop my own training and I am passionate about sharing this with others. I focus on functionality, mobility and fluidity so I practice a holistic style of training incorporating strength, mobility, flexibility, coordination and meditation. My training includes Brazilian Jiu jitsu, boxing, strength and conditioning, yoga, animal movements, mobility, gymnastics and meditation. I believe that training should be incorporated into our lifestyle which includes our diet, sleep, hobbies and mindset on life.

I believe that training involves both mental and physical training. I don’t believe in fads or quick fixes, I believe in creating sustainable practices that are enjoyable and can improve someone’s quality of life.
